"I appreciated the simplicity working with Richard to appraise 2 paintings that have been in my family for 2 generations. I contacted Richard by phone, we briefly discussed my artwork. He provided a email address for me to send images to see if it was worthwhile loading the artwork in my car and driving several hours for a in person appraisal. He replied within the hour having identified one of the artists. Unfortunately, the painting is not a hidden treasure and is worth far more keeping it in the family than getting it further appraised for possible sale.
Working with Richard provided me with quick feedback and avoid unnecessary driving and transporting of a large painting. He did this without charging me, that was greatly appreciated as well."
